Which is safe for preggy? Betadine Gargle or Bactidol?

Bawal po yan sa buntis. Try mo muna warm water with ginger+ lemon/calamansi if hindi mg improved please see an OB

warm water with salt, 3x a day. consult with OB.

ginagawa ang gargle using warm water with salt kapag may sorethroat, tonsilitis.

basta alcohol free ang gamitin mo.
