First baby food

Hi mamsh. My baby is turning 6 months this May 8. I just wanted to ask kung ano ang first food ang ipapakain ko kay baby. Thanks

My daughter’s pedia advised us to give her potato. Mashed potato. 5th month pa lang nagstart na sya mag eat ng solids. So every week nagpapalit: potato, carrots, squash 2-3tsp 2x a day. :)
