Breastfeeding without pumping

I fully breastfeed for first 3 months (starting pumping only because I had to go back to work). I will wait for baby if it's close to feeding time. If there's still some time to go, hand express or pump some out just for relief. over time (quite fast), your breasts will get the message to reduce and regulate supply. Once regulated, you will produce based on demand and supply. no need to pump for relief. Unless you are a super over supply mum?
