Boiling may be a relatively quick and easy way to cook baby food, but in most cases you are better off steaming them. Steaming baby foods preserve most nutrients, unlike boiled vegetables

Steaming will retain more of the nutrients in the food. For fruits & avacadoes no need to cook them just purée will do.

I just cook as per normal together with my meals. Scope out before adding seasoning, mash it with spoon and serve

Steam as nutrients won’t be lose from the food. Boiling will cause the food to lose it nutrients etc.

Steam as it keeps more of the nutrients where as boil more nutrients will be lost

Steam is better as it won’t take away much nutrition

Steam is always better. Helps to retain the nutrients

Steam will retain more nutrients in the food
