Yes, wala na iba source ng nutrients ang baby kundi ang mom. If not healthy yung mga food intake, hindi nya makukuha yung nutrients na kailangan niya for brain and physical developments. Eat healthy mommy.

ano po kaya mga pwede kainin na mai-recommend nyo po na healthy kay baby? I'm currently on my 2nd trimester napo 18 weeks.
