Twice na po ako na-CS and yes, mahirap po paliitin ung belly part lalo na sa paligid ng wound. Parang loose skin na kasi siya hehe. Consistent workout po, especially yung targeted ang core (like Pilates, Barre), and healthy diet helps a lot po. 😊

Dun po sa first CS ko, after 6 months pa ko nabigyan clearance. Sa second CS ko po, 2 months lang po pinayagan na ko mag start ng light exercises. 😊
