About 3 Months delayed but not Preggy

Mag 3 mos delayed na po ako now. Nag PT na po ako and Nakapag Blood Serum na din last week and it was NEGATIVE naman po. Anyone po naka experience nito? Anu pong masasabe nyo? Suggestions? Recommendations? Thank you.
