For a long time, I viewed self-care as a luxury and something that I didn’t think I needed. Getting pampered and hanging out were all things I loved to do, but for many years these were pushed to the side. Excuses like being too busy for self-care, or thinking self-care wasn’t for me, meant that I ended up only focused on things I considered ‘essential’. Eventually, the pressure of family stresses, and other issues built up and I was diagnosed as PCOS patient last 2018 I wasn't living a healthy lifestyle not until this year. I learn to be concern on myself that I went to a low carb program so that I can get pregnant waiting for many months and last month I found out that I am pregnant and I was so thrilled and I realized when to prioritize to take care of yourself everything will fall into places. Loving yourself can feel so much harder that loving others but loving yourself is a great step to your self-care. Now for me, self care is no longer a luxury it is now my priority so that i can still love the people around me and this little creature inside of me. ♥️

Self Care as a mother is very important. Self care doesn't always just means to take care ourselves physically but it also includes emotionally, socially, mentally, and spiritually. It has all the aspects. When we are able to acquire that thing we can also become effective wife and mother to the kids. I always believe that you first before you can do for others.
