Are unmarried bosses/married with no children bosses generally not as understanding?

A lot of my managers and superiors are either unmarried or married without kids. Is it true that they are not as understanding?

Yes and also those who have kids but has a helper to help them will never understand parents who has to takecare of their own kids.
