ebm amount

my lo is turning 1mth this Sunday. she usually drinks 110 - 125ml of ebm. but sometimes it isnt enough for her, so I'm trying to feed 140ml but she keeps spit up despite burping n sitting her up straight for awhile. is it bc is too much for her? am i over feeding? she drinks every 2h-3h.

It sounds like a lot, but then each baby is different so I can't judge. Spitting up after each feed is normal though, my daughter did that too. Unless she projectile vomits regularly, I wouldn't be too worried.
