Sleepy baby after vaccination

My LO recently had her 5in1 dose 2 jab and rotavirus dose 2. After that, she was sleepy the rest of the day and the next day - that was understandable. But today is the second day after vaccination and she's still cranky and showing signs of sleepiness after 1hour of wake time. Her usual wake time is 1.5 - 1.75 hours (she's going to be 5 months soon). I know I may be worrying over nothing, but may I know if there are any other parents out there whose babies were super tired days after the vaccination?
