My LO has just started rolling to her tummy on her own and as I understand this is a cue that I should stop swaddling her to sleep and use a sleeping bag instead , but her startle reflex is still very strong. So how should I go about this ?
my little 4 months already and I still swaddle her to sleep cause she will startle in her sleep n cry .. i make her sleep on her side and pat her to sleep 🥰
try one arm swaddle first, i saw this recommendation online
