Failed Newborn Hearing Test 3 Times

My LO had his 1st & 2nd test hearing test done the ff day after he was born & before we got out of the hospital. Both ears failed again. He's on his 6th week & both his left & right ears failed again. He startled on loud noises at home and sure akong di moro reflex or i could be wrong. We were asked to go back to the hosp after 2 weeks to do the test again and sobrang nakakanerbyos. Couldn't help not to cry. I know its not the end of the world but i just dont want to see my LO struggle.
