Tiny bumps

Hi, my LO got tiny bumps on her back and some under her chin. Could somebody identify what kind of skin condition is this? Is it allergic reaction or heat rashes? She’s 7mo and fully bf.

Looks like heat rashes. Anyhow for a better and proper diagnose, need to refer your doctor ya.
