This kind of heat/milk rash is really common in newborns. I didn’t apply anything. Just kept the area clean and dry. We use fans in our house, not air con. These rashes usually disappear within one to two days.. sometimes even within the day
Calamine lotion will dry up their skin. Try pure aloe vera gel instead.
