Potty training

My little daughter is over 2 years now and was quite potty trained until lately where she has just unlearned it all! She used to sit on the potty seat after waking every morning and also poop and pee. And then in the evening follow the same routine after waking, but now just refuses to sit on the pot at all. And prefers doing it all in the diaper. Where did I go wrong?
