My little darling hvnt poo for the 4th day... Any remedies or better see a doc? Worried Dad...

breastfed babies should poo everyday. my bb poo everyday only when formula fed. sometimes 3-4 days once. what I do is add a bit lesser formula powder than the recommended scoop. maybe too heaty and constipate.
