At this age, wouldn’t recommend medicine also. If severe (>10x/day and your little one is dehydrated), you should bring him to Children’s Emergency. For now, keep him well hydrated (water is best. Taking certain sweet drinks can worsen diarrhoea) and prevent too much perspiring so he doesn’t lose so much water/salts. Also avoid all dairy products (milk/cheese/ice cream, etc) and spicy food (if he takes them) for at least 2 weeks.

3yrs + He poo watering 4 to 5 times a day . I don't want give him medicine, see hv mummy have any idea. Thanks very much

Keeping hydrated is the key here but also take your LO to the doc
