is your baby breastfed? if he is, it's normal. they can not poo for a week. if baby is only a mth old and breastfed, I don't recommend giving water. breastmilk already consists of water. too much water can harm. u can bring to PD to check. my baby didn't poo for 1 week when she was breastfed, and once she does, it's poonami! hahahah
