During pregnancy will get gastric?

Would like to check with all mummies currently im 15week pregnant... I'm not sure whether is it gastric or is stomach cramp? But i got eat. Do you all have this experience also... this is my 3rd pregnancy as previous 2 pregnant i dont have this issue .. so now abit question mark
