Diclectin for nauseous

Hi all, would like to check if diclectin helps with nauseous or only works to stop vomiting but not so much on nauseous? Thank you!

Currently in my 3rd trimester, diclectin help me with both nausea and vomiting. There are days where it doesn’t work as much I’ll just take one Panadol and sleep
