Dont sit on toilet bowl for too long!!

Last week I sat on toilet bowl playing phone for approx 30 mins and immediately got piles!!!! Yesterday I accidentally wiped too hard and it bleeds non stop till I panic that I went to KKH A&E. Luckily my baby is ok! Lesson learned :(
