Valid Contractions na ba o False Labor?

Hi last night sumakit tyan ko. Naninigas then nagccramps... Nag-timer ako, then eto yung lumabas... Di ko sure kjng Braxton Hicks lang o Labor Contractions na. Nawala sya after 1hr. Then this morning pagkagising ko, natigas nnaman... Currently #37weeks pregnant. No bloody show or pagputok ng panubigan. #pregnancy #advicepls #pleasehelp #contractions #labor

iba iba po talaga ako. ako nung una kong baby halos di ko namalayan na naglalabor na pala ako. maganda po na magtimer kayo and check if dumadalas at tumitindi ang sakit. ingat po and safe delivery!
