Last menstrual period

Last menstrual period ko po is February 22, 2023 at November 29 ang binigay na Expected Due Date Nung nagpa Ultrasound ako is December 13 ang expected due date ko . BUT..... what if February 22 ang last period ko pero after one month na may nangyari samin ng partner ko - March 22 , 2023. Possible kaya mas madagdagan yung December 13 na due date ko sa Ultrasound?

Ngayon sa second baby ko first mens for the month of Feb was 19 then ended Feb 25-26 then due ko is Nov 28 so ang expectation ko is Onwards 28-Dec.2 or Off 28 (Di pa mag twetwenty-eight) mangingitlog na ko,mas mabuti na ready kana mi para di kana mag panic once magbati kana.
