Vaginal bleeding during bowel movement

Hi ladies I have been spotting and am now on progesterone which reduced the spotting a little bit. However, when I visited the bathroom last night for number 2 (pls note I was not forcing, squeezing or anything cos I really needed to go) but I felt a gush of fluid drip down with my excrement. When I looked down, I saw blood dripping down. It came from my vagina, not the back passage. Anyone experienced such issue before? No pain, no cramps. I’m only 5+ weeks. Doctor simply said can’t see anything from scan. And to take progesterone only once a day. Am worried.
