Bloated and Nauseous

Hi ladies, is there any remedies to overcome the feeling of bloated and nauseous? I have been feeling that the entire day and it's really uncomfortable ☹

2 banana a day works well to keep nausea away for me, due to vitamin b6. 1 banana is not enough for me. As for bloatedness/fart, yoghurt is my life saver.
