When and will I be positively pregnant?

Hi ladies. I ended my period on the 10th of sep, and had an intercourse on the 12th. When is the perfect time to check and is it possible that I could be pregnant after having intercourse 2 days after my period ends?

2 weeks + after, to be sure, test with a sensitive pregnancy kit. I tested with a cheap kit it doesn’t shows but when the with a more “branded” one it shows up +be.
