Sa pagkakaalam ko, after 3 months of giving birth ang safe na for your body na makipag- do. This will allow your body po na maka-recover na after giving birth. Kung kagaya ka po ng iba na ayaw pa agad or takot magbuntis agad, I suggest po na after na ng first menstruation mo ikaw makipag do para nafigure out mo na kung anong contraceptives ang gagamitin mo.
