Happened to me in my early weeks too, However if you are not losing weight at an alarming rate, you dont have to worry. But do drink plenty of water and eat small meals in shorter intervals. Also ensure each meal are filled with nutrients to ensure that you are still getting enough protein for yourself and baby even though u have smaller appetite now. U can go through this mummy!

Same, mine is more due to bloatedness that causes the nausea I think. My gynae gave me Gavison Advance (must be prescribed). The feeling of always "full" in my stomach or upper chest/throat sometimes does bother me but I started to see it as a "bless in disguise", cos it has deterred me from eating unhealthy cravings 😂Try to embrace this journey, you can do it! Ask Gynae for nausea pills. I was the same hungry but can’t eat cos no appetite due to nausea. Just keep trying light flavor foods in small amounts. I found that fruits like grapes and banana helped lessen the nausea in the morning then I could eat half meals after. Mentos was my lifesaver for nausea after meals also.

Thanks for the advice!!🫶🏽
