I've had two cesareans and I heard I can only have a maximum of three. Is this true? So if I give birth to a third child via cesarean, how long should I wait until I get pregnant again, since I should be physically fit enough to handle a VBAC delivery for my would-be fourth child, right?

There is actually no limit to the number of c-sections you can have, so the maximum number is not 3. However the more c-sections you have, the longer the operation and higher the risk of complications. http://www.babycentre.co.uk/x546895/how-many-caesareans-can-i-safely-have
