Cramp-like but in the middle of my tummy at 11 weeks. Normal??

feels like period cramp but not really on my abdomen & the pain lasts for long hours. I’ll feel relief only for a short while before I start feeling the cramps again. No bleeding & other symptoms just this. Been constipated too so is just gas or tummy making room for growing baby?? I’m v small.. 47kg in 158cm body. Help

If this symptom persistent you may check with your gynae/resident doctor. For constipation you can ask for lactulose so you can pass motion easily. My first pregnancy I had tummy pain but its not that painful just tummy tightness like squeeze because I was working so had to slow down on work pace. But I was told it was fine. Im about the 153cm and 40kg.
