Can you tell why I still get yellow discharge?

Hi. I've already finished my medication for UTI. but I still get this kind of discharge. Does it mean hindi ako gumaling or may ibang meaning na like leaking of amniotic fluid? I hope it's nothing serious. Thank you!

Normal lang namn yan sis pero pag nagdark sya try mo gumamit ng feminine wash .. Gyne-pro or lactacyd.
