It is weird that I want to make my baby a goth baby? At what age can I actually give him body piercing and tattoos?

body piercing n tattoos are generally permanent. i feel that we dont have the right to decide that for our children, it should be they who decide if they want body piercing or tattoos when they are old enough to think for themselves. it is after all their body n they live with it for life.
