Induce labour at 37 weeks plus

Hi.. isit safe for me to request for doc to induce me at 37 weeks plus pls? I have not dilate but baby head is down. Baby is also 2.8 kg now.

Best to wait for nature to take it's course. Induce labour may be extra painful for some. Induce or normal, they still felt the same to me but then again our body & pain threshold are all different.
