Lakatan na saging vs Latundan na banana

Is it saging lakatan or saging latundan that my baby can eat lots of without getting constipated? Anong difference of lakatan and latundan?

Mas makaconstipate ang latundan kay sa lakatan.The difference is lakatan is soft when ripe even when peelings is not totally yellow while latundan is quite tough and cant be eatèn when its not ripè and golden color na ang peelings
