Is it too young to send my girl to school at 18months as my mom can help me to take care of her actually. Shortlisted this school, http://www.artskidz.com.sg/en/, anyone has any feedback on this school? What I like about them is they offer a lot of curriculum and music class in their program.

I don't have feedback for the school but 18mths is a good age to go. Children can pick up various skills quickly. They are able to learn about interaction and nay be able to gain some independence. For a start, you can start her with short hours type. The kids will also need some time to adapt.
