It really depends what type of cheese you are referring to. Hard cheese are generally okay to eat vs soft cheese - due to a bacterial called listeria. Although it’s possible for hard cheeses to contain listeria, they’re in such low numbers that they’re not considered to be a health risk to you or your unborn baby. The following cheese are safe to eat during pregnancy: cheddar edam emmental gouda gruyère jarlsberg parmesan stilton

Thanks for the complete list.

It depends on what kind it is! Generally, the only cheese I'm certain you should avoid are the non-pasteurized kind such as brie, camembert and chevre (a type of goat's cheese) Stay away from soft, blue-veined cheeses, such as danish blue and roquefort.

Yes you can even cheese is good source of calcium and other vitamins.but don’t eat Unpasteurized Cheeses and Mould-Ripened Soft Cheeses: Brie, blue brie, and cambozola are some examples.

Pasteurised ones are okay like cheddar, mozzarella, but not those soft and mould-ripened, semi-soft ones like brie and Camembert, fetta, ricotta.

I eat every day when my second pregnancy, but just a slice perday... Its good.. N its baby craving also.. 😘 😘

hard cheese are safe.. kasi pasteurized... softcheeses or processed cheeses are not po

Pasteurized cheese are ok, avoid soft and unpasteurized cheeses.
