Is it okay to season meat with herbs for our LOs? any mild herbs to recommend?

You may start introducing herbs and spices to your baby if she is over 8 months old. Introduce one herb at a time and practice the 4 day rule to see if there are any allergies. Rosemary for chicken and potato. Cilantro and parsley for almost anything.

I started up with cinnamon, basil and oregano for my kids.
