Yes. Please do not feed water to breastfed babies if they are younger than 6 months of age. This is because water does not contain any calories and it might cause the baby to feel full without getting the required amount of nutrients he would normally get from breastmilk. Breastmilk also contains up to 80% water so there is no need to supplement babies with water even during "warm weather". You can continue nursing your baby.
