Should I get a car seat

Is infant car seats necessary? Should I get one for my 2 month old, Since we often go for his monthly checkup at the hospital? Or should I just held him and wait for him to turn toddler age to get the toddler car seat?

Yes . There is some car seat that is suitable from infant to toddler . You may consider to get those.
