Accessibility is the most important I feel. Other factors are important as well. I would want my kids to have good interaction with their grandparents. So closer to parents and in-laws is another factor

I want my son to have an easy time going to school without having to wake up Too early or coming home late from riding the school bus

My home is on the opposite side of the country to where my work is. But at least it's close to the kids school.

If the place is somewhere u have to go every day, it is better to live very close to that place
