I'm wondering if there is any home remedies to remove phlegm instead of taking fluimicil? I'm not into allowing baby to take meds though. Baby not eating solids yet.

Hi. Short answer is not really. If u are giving fm, try to make it slightly more dilute as fm is heaty. What I do is that I always put additional 5-10ml of water if I am making a 90 or 120ml milk feed. U can also bring baby to tcm massage for babies as the massage can help loosen the phelgm and they give herbal powder in a sachet to put over the naval for the smell of the medicine. Quite effective but u need to go for a few days in a row. Yu guo at kambangan plaza is an option. Some tcm clinics also have such service
