How to tell a difference between stomach upset or morning sickness ?

I’m at wk 13 and I threw up this morning which felt something like an acid reflux in my stomach. I didn’t experience any morning sickness during my first trimester. I was wondering if it’s the maternity milk that I had last night? It was my first time trying the milk.

Different pregnancy, different symptoms. Not all are the same. Morning sickness is accompanied with nausea, occasional vomitting & you always feel tired. It's an annoying, funny feeling. You're hungry but you can't eat cos everything will end up in the toilet bowl. But don't worry. If you're lucky, the ms will go away when you've reached the 2nd tri. Or some people do have ms throughout their pregnancy.
