constant headache

Hi. Im at my week 22. Have been getting frequent headache for a few weeks on and off Will last a few days and goes off..from the top kf the forehead and all the way back to the neck. Sometimes both sides sometimes one sided. Tried panadol but temporary relief at times. Trying to avoid taking any more. My BP is normal. Any thing that i should be worried?
