Soft stomach

I’m at week 20, the last visit to gynae is 3 weeks ago. I’m not sure this week onwards my tummy become softer sometimes and sometimes it will be harder. I don’t feel any fetal movement yet. Also I feel that my tummy’s size feel like almost similar. I’m worried.
