PCOS & PREGNANCY

I’m trying to conceive but I have pcos. Got checked earlier and my OB gave me medicine. Can anyone share some stories or tips on how to conceive right away?

Buntis na ako nung nalaman kong may PCOS ako. pero ang ginawa ko bago nabuntis, nag diet. gusto ko kasi magmaganda sa oath taking nun 😅 less to no rice, fruits and veggies, iwas sa red meat, mag lakad kesa mag tricycle, get enough sleep, stay hydrated saka umiwas sa stress. pag stressed kasi, lamon ang ginagawa. then poof! after 3 months na pagpapanggap, nakabuo kami. 🤭☺
