if you have PCOS, if your chubby go on diet, KETO diet, no sweets less sugar kung baga if you want to get pregnant.. my weight before 75 kilos pcos ako since 3rd year college, umiinom ako ng pills pero tinigil ko kasi nag heart burn ako.. then I'm 36 now.. my cousin told me to go on diet, KETO DIET, more on gulay ako no carbs no sweets, from 75 kilos nag 60 kilos ako for 1 months ayun nabuntis din me after 17years, plus prayer then thats the most powerful.. have faith, naniniwala ako blessings ang mga baby...
