Hi momsh! Normal lang naman ang morning sickness and may iba din na di nakakaranas niyan. Pero when I was 6 weeks to 13 weeks preggy I experienced morning sickness too. All I did was I tried to eat in small amounts at different intervals. Di din ako natutulog agad after kumain, siguro mga 2-3 hrs before ako magsleep ako kumakain. Nakakapagod talaga magkaroon ng morning sickness pero tiis tiis lang mommy. And don't forget to always drink water para di ka madehydrate. Rest lang din muna palagi momsh.
Try lemon everytime you feel sick.
Konti lang po, basta matikman nyo lang yung lasa nung lemon. Or smell nyo lang sya..
