Morning Sickness

Hi! First time mom here. I am currently at my 1st trimester and yesterday I experienced the worst morning sickness I ever had. I feel so nauseous all day. Can you give any tips to avoid it? #pleasehelp #1stimemom #firstbaby #advicepls

I dont think it can be avoided po 😅 Trinay ko sinabe nila na frequent small meals pero wa epek hehehe. Always ako napapatakbo sa CR to vomit 😅
