Sure, mommy...you can eating in moderation..I ate koko krunch bar and hot milo twice a week in 1st trimester cause I couldn't eat properly that time but i cut it down in 2nd trimester become once a week or once in two weeks..Stay healthy mommy and baby in tummy ❤️

Dark chocolate (at least 75%) is considered good. I wouldn’t go for other types unless I’m reeeeeally craving, and would likely not eat the whole thing in one go… But that’s also because I’m relatively high risk (FTM at >35) and struggle to eat healthy 😅
